    Professional Registration
    To register as a professional, you are required to upload a scan of your non-expired professional license.

    Forms Are Not Sending
    Please be sure you have filled in all required fields, attached a image of your license to acceptable formats and size, and correctly typed in the CAPTCHA.
    Trouble Logging In
    Please allow us to review your registration information, normally within two days you will be notified that you account is activated, double check your user name and password, and be certain you have uploaded a current acceptable license when you registered.
    Receiving Account Activation Email
    Normally once we have added you to the customer/professional databank, there is an automated email sent to you from wordpress@globalskin-solutions.com. This email tends to land within your junk email folder as a line of defense against possible spammers. You should check your junk folder within a few hours to see if it has been filtered into that folder. You will also normally receive an activation, information email from the webmistress via technicalATcuddlecreek.com.
    Unable To View Professional Prices
    Professional prices are only visible to registered, licensed professionals. Once you have registered as a professional, all prices will be visible.
    Class Registration
    Class registration capabilities are available on each class page, and in the shop where you purchase your admittance ticket.
    Register and Purchase a Class
    Simply fill out the registration form for the class you wish to attend, then purchase the class. Global Skin Solutions will receive notifications of both actions and get back to you within 2 days to confirm.
    Purchasing Products
    Simpy choose the product (s), you may choose the quantity on the item page, it will be added to your cart, Arizona taxes may or may not apply, a shipping fee will be added to your order and you will then be taken through the checkout process.
    Questions about Products/Orders
    If you have questions about your order, these questions should be sent through the main contact form. The help desk does not handle product orders - shipping questions, class information/dates or questions about products-ingredients. We ask you contact Global Skin Solutions directly.

    To remove a product from your cart, please tick the red x next to the product you wish to remove.
    Available Coupons
    If there is a coupon available, you will find the code via the Global Skin Solutions Newsletter and possibly on the View Cart page, depending upon the coupon.
    Logging into the MSDS
    MSDS passwords are for skincare professionals only. And are available upon request - through the help desk.

    Student Registration
    Students should register as a customer. On the customer registration page you will be able to upload a student ID. Students may purchase tickets to various educational courses, events and classes when noted within the description. Unfortunately, until students receive their professional license, they may only purchase retail products, once they have received their license, they may request to have their status upgraded to professional and receive access to professional product areas and wholesale pricing.
