All products are to be used according to the product’s directions. We do not give skin evaluations or advise by phone or email. If there are major concerns or specific questions about your particular skin issues we suggest that you consult a dermatologist who will consider specific medical history or a licensed skin care specialist (aesthetician) for a skin analysis.
Paypal guarantees that your payment and personal information are confidential and will not be used for any other purpose.
If you decide you do not want the product, return the product immediately within 30 days of purchase in its original unopened packaging. Product dissatisfaction due to irritation or allergic reactions must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date. Product must be in its original container with at least 50% of product remaining. The original copy of the receipt must be included. You will receive an in-house credit for the amount of the product purchase. In-house credits expire within 90 days of confirmation of returned items. We do not refund original shipping costs and handling or the returned shipping fee.
